Blake Cooper was born in Atlanta, Georgia where he lives with his parents and 3 older siblings. The family lives on a small horse farm in the Atlanta suburbs that is home to a primitive breed of sheep called American Jacob Sheep (a passion of his mother's.) The farm is also home to a donkey, dogs, cats, rabbits, and even a large number of snakes, which are a hobby of Blake's older brothers. Over the years, Blake and his older siblings have enjoyed raising lambs, halter training, showing at regional shows, and helping with chores such as feeding, shearing, bottle raising, and just about every other facet of sheep and animal husbandry. In addition to the farm animals, Blake is a loyal Boy Scout and has a very active troop. In scouting, Blake has camped, gone skiing, gone caving, zip-lined, rock climbed, hiked, and the list goes on and continues to lengthen. Blake is an excellent musician and vocalist and studies with local musician, Josh Martin of the Indie Band Little Tybee for guitar and Jan Smith Studios for voice. He is also enjoying learning piano in his spare time. Being the youngest of four children, Blake has always exhibited a mature and patient, go-with-the-flow personality. He is wise beyond his years and excels at listening. Joy Pervis of J Pervis Talent Agency signed Blake when he was ten years old after seeing him perform at a local event where she complimented his performance and told him that there is just something about him that makes people want to watch him and that he has an "old soul." She also predicted that very day that Blake was going to do "big things!" Immediately after signing, Blake booked his first "big" audition and landed his first co-star on BET's The Game. Shortly thereafter, he got a callback for the character of Ethan on USA Network's Necessary Roughness where he impressed the room and had them laughing out loud which lead to booking the role. In April of 2013, he landed the lead role of Chuck in 20th Century Fox's The Maze Runner, which will bow in theaters in the United States on September 19, 2014. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
